Donadea Summer Series.
Ok race, felt like I was running better but still a bit weak in the forest. Very brambly forest and the map didn't represent the terrain at all in a lot of places. Couldn't find the small path through the brambles to 4 so went the long way round +45secs. Way too far left on 16 (+30secs) and 17 (+15secs). Lost a lot of time on 20, +1:30mins, compass was a bit off but the map around there was really strange. Dropped 10secs on 21 too far right. No path on the ground into 26 so dropped 50secs going through shit. Happy that I was pushing hard but too many mistakes.

St. Anne's parkrun. Felt good warming up and the first half felt good, went through halfway in 9 which was what I wanted. Second half was horrendous, really struggled and got passed by loads of guys who came from really far back. I thought I might have been in 18 shape, but this is ok for now.
