Jk Long 10.5km 475m.
Started out slow to try and last the whole course. Died horrendously at 14 and basically walked the rest. Just not fit.

JK Middle 5.3km 170m.
Very scrappy navigation and horrible fitness and strength in the second half. Unfortunately spent half the time on my ass. Shoes had no grip especially in the steep muddy forest which took the enjoyment out of it a lot.
