Legs were very delicate but still just steady jogged around. Near perfect race, 20secs on 21 going the wrong way around a bush. So much fun.

Set off steady jogging due to the achilles. Gradually got very tired and small mistakes crept in. Really enjoyed the course.

POM Night Sprint.
Had to run pretty fast to catch my start and my achilles felt fine so ran this a little harder, probably 65% as opposed to 50%. Good race, very tricky. Great fun.

POM Prologue Sprint thing. Just ran easy hoping the achilles would hold up. It did and it was a really fun course. No mistakes and worked through the processes well. Really fun.
