Achilles still sore but i think it's improving.

Exhausted all day so took a rest. Best idea while still trying to get rid of this achilles injury and with portugal looming. Lower back was quite tight as well so did some stretching on it.

5mins tester. Achilles started to get a bit achey towards te end. Spin later.

Spin class in UCD. Really good class, most of the time pushing hard. Interesting to try something new.

UCD team taking up lanes so got stuck in the slow lane. Only did 500m.
