Long training in Ballinastoe. Ran around a fair few old controls. Nice places have been felled unfortunately. After the O headed up to Djouce from Ballinastoe. Nicer than the other way but still tough. Then headed back and did a few more controls before going back to the car. Over 80mins in tough terrain so happy with that. Beautiful day.

5*400 4*300 at Irishtown.
Fast first 400, top lads went through in 60 I was about 67. Around 70-74 for the rest and then 50-54 for the 300's. Tough session to try and keep up and it was boiling.

Tired from walking home again and only got myself out at half six so did a short session. 5*300m with about 9m climb. Recovery jog back. Nice session, reps around 1:02. Felt good.
