6.8km but sooo much climb which is a lot tougher when you can't run. Felt really tight on the hills. Made a few mistakes and the map was really bad. Struggled.

Sprint-o run out in Belfield with ISSOM. Felt pretty good, some long routechoices but didn't make any mistakes of note. Felt good but didn't push full as calfs were quite tight. Great training!
