Slow first one but got very consistent for the rest. Pace would be faster on the track if there was a f***ing track anymore.

A Terrain run in Marlay Park!?! Believe me it was. WE pretty much just roamed around the place going through loads of rough forest sections and crossing rivers and stuff. Good fun wanted hills though.

Hill intervals. Realised on Saturday that I need more work on hills so the ol' hill intervals were on the cards. Pace was really nice. 90secs average for 440m, 10secs better than what I remember I was doing and these felt easier. I'm going in the right direction!
