Whole day at Stradbally. Started with relocation following Seamus and looking out for big features and then trying to figure out where we were. Then did a couple of head-head courses against Laurence. He won both. Number 1 was the same on both courses and in the wrong place and I fucked up the second really bad partly due to the map(mostly). Bailed on a contour course because it went through green shit. Then did a one man relay. Three loops, did well on 1 & 2 but fucked up 3 by about 3 minutes. Then walked back to car park with Eoin collecting a couple of controls on the way.

Wanted to go sub-18 but new record so that's pretty good.

Corkagh training. Did a few blank map compass exercises and some route choice. Finished with a sprint race. Won by 2seconds even though the start of the race was poor. Nice day of sprint training.

5*100m sprints with jog back recovery. Each was about 16secs with uneven grass and a small incline though not enough to log. Good speed.
