Messed up a few controls and only ran through the middle section of the course, taking it easy for the rest. Lost about 5mins overall some my fault some the map's.

Hills in Marlay. Everyone was in Antrim so did my own session. 4*1000,2*400,2*300. Good session, went up the hill many times. Wasn't pushing as much but wind was atrocious on the 400's. Had to move my head to the side so I could breath!
