M21 Long.
Had to cut the course short because of being sick. Felt quite good at the start so set off at a good tempo. Legs were fucked up after not running in ages so speed was reduced and that was what the area was- speed orienteering. Ran quite hard for the first few then felt the sickness after a bout 9 and kept going until 12 even though pace was severely reduced. Continued jogging to 13 and 14 and then cut to 24 and finished the course off. Only made about 10 seconds of mistakes at 3. Josh came past me at 13 but I was surprised he didn't catch me earlier because I was fucked in many ways! Looked like a nice rest of the course, not great lanning but really enjoyed the area and the map was actually really good!
