Sprint intervals in Trinity and then out in the city.The courses in Trinity were extremely difficult and out in the city it was more about route choice.8 of us running today,Laurence,Ruari,Christian,David,Cillin,Colm,Gerard and me.It was quite funny in the city and the funny looks people were giving as we legged it by.

O-training on the Curragh with Laurence and Cillin.Each of us just planned some small courses and just ran them pretty fast but not belting it.

26c shoes: VJ orienteering shoes

O-intervals on Bull Island with Laurence and Cillin.
There were 6 courses but i only ran 4.The first 3 were a mix of compass,bad map reading,weird scale and mistakes.
The 4th course i did well on.Spiked nearly every control so felt satisfied.
When running to finish of 4th tripped and gashed my knee on a bottle.It took away some skin and you could nearly see the bone.OUCH!

Went from 3roc over to Tibradden and back again with Cillin and Laurence.Really misty and windy at the top of the hills but really enjoyed it and climbs didnt feel tough at all.Downhills left my legs sore with all the impacts.

Good session with Laurence in the rain.Had eaten too little for breakfast so felt very empty and had no energy.Nice!
