While making soup.Pushing hard except at start.

Enjoyable with Laurence.Pretty late but came back to the nicest dinner of all time!

hamstring was hurting all day up until tis warm up.Jogging with Laurence then some stretches

Was slow at the start and then Laurence dropped out with a calf problem and i had to work to get the overall pace down to this with mostly 4:30m/km. Good session and will probably do a long run tomorrow.

Too tired to go for a run.20mins on middle resistance level and then 10 on full.

Did a bit of surveying with Laurence to change Belfield to issom and updating it.Very tired.
Only 3 exams left till summer and they're only English,Art and Spanish!!!!

Hillwood.
Had an absolutely terrible run!! Messed up nearly every control and had no control flow.Map was very bad and only updated last in 2005!!!! Laces came undone and just wasnt bothered to tie them again and got a thorn in my toe going to 18 and had to stop take my shoe off and then put it back on.

Ran with Laurence at Lindi's.
2x600,2x200 and a final 600 and 400.
Beasted it on the 200s and steady n the 600s.
Good session!
