2nd summer series at the Curragh.Course length 8.7

2.Lost time trying to find the path and got confused by the map.
3.Thought it was on earthbank when it was in the clearing.30secs
6.Control just plonked in middle of green.Got on second try.
7.Good for 1st part then tried to cut through green had to come out and go around.1min
10.Should have gone straight around.30secs
13.Map was wrong cause there wasnt an open bit arond the control.
15.Should have gone round green or bombed it through but hesitated and got stuck and slow.20secs.
18.Read wrong description and was around the area for ages until i found it when it was tucked in a bush.2mins.
24.Couldnt understand map.30secs
25.Took a bad route.
26.Dropped too low and the control wasnt on a feature.
27.Got to circle but just couldnt find it.Went to 28 to get my bearings.2mins

Not taking it too hard because of the event tomorrow.

Tara sprint series#2,Ardgillan.
AS a usual fingal event it wasnt great.First of all the map was last updated in 2004!! and then all the veg was wrong as white was practically med.green.
Was doing well up until 10 which i messed up.Went in too early and had to come out and go around until i hit the end of the earthbank.2mins.
11.Took the wrong path and still in the circle there was rough,rough terrain.2mins.
12.Had to tie my shoe lace and was just taking it easy.
14.In complete wrong place the control was on the wrong side of a feckin path.3mins cause of this.
Dropped a bit of time from thereon in especially 18 which was in the field instead of on a bush.Looking forward to the curragh on tuesday should be good with a decent distance!

Up on Djouce with Laurence just picking places on the map and running to them.
Im so reliant on linear features must stop using them!
Spiked a couples of the places but most were fails.

Sprint-o intervals in UCD.
Did 6 courses.
1 and 2 were against Audrey and she got a head start on the 1st one but beat me on the 2nd one.3 was against Audrey again,caught her.4 was against her again.5 and 6 were against Christian and Dave with 10sec intervals on 5th and Christian went 10seconds ahead of me and Dave who had a mass start on the 6th.
