Felt kinda sick out there probably cause i had my breakfast at 10 and didnt eat anything after that so felt empty.

in a passing drill any drops we had to do a bit of fitness.


After rugby had to walk home in the pelting rain. Not a good experience.

Rugby was cancelled and had spent ages going up to Trooperstown to get a control that was left out there. We made it halfway but conditions were treachereous and had to turn back. Very tired and didnt feel the strength to go for a run.

In PE did a sprint and a perimeter then up to weights room and did some stuff there but not enough to log.
