had loads of time so good warm up as it was freezing.

Orienteering race 1:01:16 [4] **** 4.3 km (14:15 / km) +125m 12:26 / km
spiked:3/11c shoes: VJ orienteering shoes

Disgraceful Race and the map wasnt great aswell!

1. Spike.
2. Ther was a flood lake and i got confused and on wrong side of spur and map was weird.3mins.
3. was weird with a lot of depressions. 1min.
4. really bad control for me. 2:20mins
5.ok.
6. crap. map was completely off.5mins.
7. Spike.
8. a complete screw up from me. 3mins
9. was off and reading the map in the wrong place i have to learn to be patient and read map way more in different places than where i think i am.
just ended up wandering around untill i came upon it luckily. 6mins.
10.was reading map upside down. 1min
11.alng path. spike.

about 20mins and thats no exaggeration!!

Easy run round a back pitch in belfield.
