Newbridge race was pretty tough running but all worth it to see 10th place on the results took a 350m longer route than laurence and only lost to him by 3 mins, was a pretty well planned course but got stung by so many nettles goin to no.s 19 and 20:(

My knees felt really weak(might be stiff), still got in this run so i'm happy. but kneesz felt as if they were gonna collapse :(
