Night-O phoenix park. My light was so very weak, couldn't see anything at all. Ran into a stone water thing leaving 14 because i just didn't see it and got closelined by a wire leaving 15. Lost huge amounts of time in the circle due to lack of sight but good fun nonetheless.

Started out walking but achilles felt good on the hills so started running. Unfortunately was very wrapped up so overheated a lot but had some water so it wasn't really an issue, just running slower. Ran to Torc Waterfall and then up around some tracks in Muckross and then long trail to the road. Started to run up the road to Mangerton and met up with Conor and Colm H. Joined them for an extra 20mins in Muckross and then back to Darren's. Gorgeous trails in Muckross, really enjoyed this run.

Still resting the achilles so walked the first loop of the relay training on Crohane cutting from 3 to 6. This terrain is really enjoyable to walk in.

Achilles a bit tender so walked some controls on Crohane Lake and then ventured into the forest to explore. Really nice mountain and the forest was nice where I went but I avoided the dense green. Nice walk.
