Ok run but a few hesitations here and there and not making my mind up about route.Started watch late and had to guess what time to come back so a minute late.

Went out way too fast and kept slowing down. there was loads of kids on the track and was tempted to push them allover cause they were taking the runners lane.
Only 8 seconds behind Laurence.

wasnt running that fast and could have pushed a lot harder but didnt want to.The controls are weird with chains going through the si's and i lost about 20secs from that.

No school today so went to bull island. I was running a blue from some time and laurence was shadowing. Got most of the controls points exact but on a few of them laurence had to relocate. couldnt really read the map on the run and kept having to stop but it was really difficult as everything is really small and there is loads of detail.

Was a good race kept running but had a few reading the map errors. Mistakes on 1,6,8,14. With a perfect race could have got under 40.
Rugby really takes up your time to train :(

The terrain was beautiful. I envy the cnocers who have it to train :[.
