Todays dinner of rice, eggs, cucumber and eggplant 15 minutes beforehand not causing any issues. Different food, different outcome. Just hard to avoid bread, dough and pasta in todays world but nowadays I do so when possible (that said if that is paired with protein I notice less of an issue)

4 x 5 mins w/ 1 min rest. I was annoyed throughout this as dinner from 2-3 hours before was giving my stomach trouble. Oven pizza, surprise surprise. Not something I would want to eat but lacking time it does happen, just a shame to coincide with the workout.
