Nice ride out to the sea and back for the first time. Step ups continuing to show fruit and felt more strength in the left glute, meaning no issues with my ITB/knee.

Arrived at the bottom of a road called "Caleyo de la Cuesta", or "Boreen of the Hill". Sounded ominous and it sure lived up to its name. Strava says 19%, only 250m but I was just glad to survive it. Not strong enough for that at the moment though, my lower back was pitching in to help

Right leg feeling better again today and all good on cycle. Left hip also feeling decent cycling after some of the recent step up work. Lots of flies to the face, one in the eye, must get sunglasses
