With a friend so relaxed pace. Exploring more of the coastline, beautiful day.
Feeling a bit tired from yesterday's evening run and not enough sleep. Legs OK, better than last weekend's 11km for sure.

Shoulder mobility, press ups and core. Better at controlling the core exercises today, all core and no back.
