Nice route near the coast and feeling a bit of fitness. Some not ideal feelings in the legs towards the end though.

Legs felt good and running actually felt more natural than it has. Core was noticeably fatigued today, nice to see some effects from yesterday. Need to be careful about where I'm at on some of the tougher exercises though, lower back had slight discomfort yesterday evening and this morning.
