Running 24:41 [3] 4.38 km (5:38 / km) +52m 5:19 / km

Good few people out which wasn't ideal with the dogs. Sport allowed in the whole region from Monday anyway which is great. 30km week!

Felt the heat today even though it was similar to last few days, less of a breeze I guess.

Cycling 1:00:20 [3] 19.21 km (19.1 kph) +450m

A little unsure in the middle but couldn't check where I was as no phone signal. Tentatively kept going and all made sense again.

Brutal climb in the middle but felt pretty good on it considering.

Feeling good. Nothing really noticeable in the legs and stride was feeling good. Great to be back in the hills on a cracking day.

Always have to keep an eye on the dogs.. I offered Summer water before starting but she wasn't interested and then after ten minutes of running she was already falling back and looking for water at the side of the trail. Not a good idea to just keep running. It was pretty dry out there but found a decent puddle in some shade further along. She drank, got a bit wet and improved. It wasn't much of an issue then as the second half is in the shade. Jackson was fine, will have to be more selective with Summer. Double coat kills her.

Running 27:32 [3] 4.93 km (5:35 / km) +104m 5:03 / km

A little stop start with the dogs and walkers/cyclists. Hard to find anywhere quiet nearby. Legs were pretty good.
