Drills, strides and short jog as full quarantine is over and the leg was feeling alright after some internal hip rotation work. Lots still to do to get right leg even to the same level as left leg.
Workout after two poor days of being unorganized. Really was breathing hard on this one.

Upper body and core with Jonny. Moved through the exercises faster than I would alone which was great. Definitely some improvements compared to last week but still being careful with form and lower back.
