I was looking to go to Prince Williams seat but the trail coming off the back of fairy castle was soaked. Water was pouring down the mountain making my choice of shoes the wrong one, slippy and the insoles fold up when wet. I changed my plan and stayed more local. I did one particularly tough climb that I'll have to make a regular.
The shoes and the wind made this tough to enjoy but good to get it done. Inov-8s from now on up there.

I ran on the road by the creche in UCD which kept me somewhat sheltered from the fierce wind. Successful session, all times quicker than aim although a few right on the border. The minute rest did become challenging for the last few.
