Travelling 4am - 7pm. Legs really struggled on the flight. The bus is better. Five days off running (will keep up S&C) and then into a solid six weeks before JK.
The pain I had in my foot had gone away until around 10am today. It must be these flimsy shoes I'm wearing, first time wearing them today since noticing the pain initially.

I didn't feel too good in the warm up but got into it fairly quickly. Further up the field for the 500 down. I am definitely noticing an improvement, quicker running and ahead of people I would usually be with.
