O-ing in Corkagh Park. Really great as I had no real pain in the knee throughout the course. Could feel some inflammation after but icing is really working. Good feedback for next week.
Was happy enough with my race. Pushed hard physically, just had maybe 30 seconds of mistakes. Also lost about a minute from the combined issue of lack of descriptions and off-centered circles. Fun!

Small one for pe. Knee was quite good with the icing I have given it over the last two days. Will make a decision regards JHI this weekend.
