Did the loop around three rock because of chafing on my heel. Still felt it at times but not nearly as bad as running. Expected to be out longer after taking previous trips into account. Must be the bike

Was planning for an hour. After a bit I started to feel a chafing on my left ankle. It only got worse as the time went on and I stopped at about 48 minutes. Then made my way home. A bit of damage on the heel and the inside of the shoe. Really annoying and out of nowhere.
Read the map from sixth day of Scottish '09 for first half hour. Was good

Did a light green course from December 2007. Just wanted to compare but also for a speed session. Kept up a swift steady pace and missed no time.
The depression at 7 isn't there

Was fairly wrecked after the fast race. Went quite good but the map I was using was badly out of date in one place. Spent a bit walking around trying to suss it out
