Toe felt OK

Ran up to 8. Did toe in going to 3. Wasn't happy and injury wasn't easing. Walked up to 12 and then ran to try keep with Jonathan. No point. Had to be so careful with every step. Walked the rest
No running until EYOC. Just cycle and cycle and cycle and ice and ice and ice. All should be good

Toe got a bit sore towards end. Also calf grew tight, I must be running differently to counteract any pressure on the toe
