Toe improving I think. Walked around today, no crutches. Still very much on the side of the foot but the pain is not nearly as bad and toe isn't so stiff

Ran well but technically a bit sloppy in the circles and had 2 big losses of time. 1 my fault, 1 the maps. Stubbed big toe really bad heading to last. Walked in agony and then tried to run

Time lost:
3.30 minutes of mistakes
1.00 minute on running because of injury
