Event in Marlay Park.
Enjoyed it just couldn't open up my stride with this tight muscle. Happy to be able to run though.

2 - Missed 20 seconds, wasn't used to scale at this point. Overshot where I wanted to leave the track and then missed path I wanted to hop on to.
10 - Missed 30 seconds, tried to cut close to the wall but was just impassable
21 - Wanted to go up other path, but got flustered and left

Pretty good otherwise

Really long. First run in a few days and all muscles were really stiff, not just the hip

Hip was stiff and uncomfortable but feels better after a run. Not getting any better resting anyway

Think lack of a warm down may have been what started this hip, so made sure and will make sure to do these

Had to do something, leg fine for this. It just keeps stiffening up whenever I'm sitting down and the like
