Got there real late. Lucky they started late so

Planned route quite quickly at start. Made a change along the way which worked out good.
Was running well.
4) Missed big. Everyone did. Poor map around here
13) No idea where to come in, sure once i got it everyone saw me come out and got it no bother! Frustrating
15) Ran in the shitty forest for ages to be safe
16) Map error
20) Path missing from map. Took that

then about 200 seconds rest
then 3x400's 60 second rest again.

Went out quite fast at like 70secs so times slowed and I suffered
