Went out slow but because of my fitness I was wrecked at the end. Lost about 90 seconds overall, most of that being that the circles were on wrong features on the map. Ran most of it

Slow around the garden. A few pains but in both knees, so that must be from out of training. Managed well and felt so good for even this run!
