80 seconds worse than August.
Walked about 4 of the 6 hills and was surprised how close i was to my old time actually.
Need more hills....

Before Orienteering. Feeling abit sore but got better

Did the Brown on the Curragh from November. It was ok and only small bits of time lost on a few controls. Biggest loss of time was about a minute as their was a dodgy bit of gorse with ways in not on map. Otherwise its mapped great and intricately. Quite tired :)

Around the place, once again not enough

Absolutley sore and wrecked at start but was good experience.
Good run technically however except for a bad route choice and a few tiny misses
Wasn't reading my map as much as I would at the beginning, dissapointed with that
