Left the Asics loose today. Not sore at all. Very comfortable, intensity three all the way until i pretended i was coming in to the finish of a big race. So i ran faster for the last five minutes. Really cold but fun.

Listened to Queen's Greatest Hits. Really good stuff. But my earphones wont stay in my ears. Anyone know good earphones for running or do you just wear a headband?

Day off today so started watching a DVD Dave gave me a while back about yoga but can be used for strenght.
Some of it was hard but i could at least begin everything. Did lower body and hips felt really good and fluid after.
