running up to clock pitch with a guy in lindies group called jonathan. he asked if we wanted to jog up and set a sore pace on my stiff body

session: 8mins by 3 with 2 mins rest between each. had really long rest in middle though because me and jonathan (brother, confusing yea) found a cool rope to swing out of by one of the goals on the clock pitch

training in belfield with lindie naughton. I did the mini marathon session which involved jogging 120metres and then running 80metres faster again and again no breaks. was ok and found i was recovering well, on the 120metre stretches with a good easy pace going, after the quick 80metres.
Was really enjoyable even with the weather. im feelin good again!!!

Study leave tommorrow so ill have plenty of time for training and study.
