training in belfield with lindie naughton. I did the mini marathon session which involved jogging 120metres and then running 80metres faster again and again no breaks. was ok and found i was recovering well, on the 120metre stretches with a good easy pace going, after the quick 80metres.
Was really enjoyable even with the weather. im feelin good again!!!
Study leave tommorrow so ill have plenty of time for training and study.
