ok running speed apart from 11 where i am so bad on hilly. walked it all.
found i had no real flow and was really slow leaving controls.
2mins lost to 9. came into the area bearing was 15metres right but i took so dam long to relocate!!! Relocation was fine but should have done it right away.
Finding it real hard to lift legs over that heather and i fell desire to make terrain not an issue so i need to run on it more than just sundays. 4th yr next yr. Yippee!

dammit dammit dammit! no warm up again. my lack of time is really doing this to me but its my own fault ultimately. 13 mins of fastish running and my stiff body packs it in so warmed down my way home. im stupid. take it easy and warm up down body always for gods sake. ioc next week!
