Back to a morning run. Always feel much happier to sit down and work having exercised beforehand.

Leg was fine throughout until ~500m before the end where I started feeling a tightness in the outside of my hip and then further down the leg just as I was stopping.

Peña Mea with Jackson. Nice one. A lot of it was fairly easy, just the canal up to el Ojo de Buey that was very steep.

Hip and leg were fine throughout, did notice it for a second in the hip not long into the descent but disappeared quickly. Foot was giving me some trouble however. Ive never 100% figured it out but it has been OK to run on for months. Something I figured last year but wasn't certain of until now is it seems the elliptical does cause it to show up.

Nice ride out to the sea and back for the first time. Step ups continuing to show fruit and felt more strength in the left glute, meaning no issues with my ITB/knee.

Arrived at the bottom of a road called "Caleyo de la Cuesta", or "Boreen of the Hill". Sounded ominous and it sure lived up to its name. Strava says 19%, only 250m but I was just glad to survive it. Not strong enough for that at the moment though, my lower back was pitching in to help

From Linares out to Laguna Tambaisna. Really nice from near Cuevallagar to the lake, single track through some wild valley. I was feeling good, just ticking along.

Although at 15km I started to get discomfort on the outside of my right leg. I've felt this a few times in the last 2-3 weeks but thought it was related to some strength work I've been doing. But came on worse today and I had to walk the last mile or so. Quite stiff and sore after arriving home but a bit better now in the evening. Need to figure this out.

Legs in a bit of a state after yesterday's strength, particularly outside of glutes and hamstrings. Nice to find another tough routine that I can work away at until it doesn't leave me sore the next day, although will need to reel the intensity in a bit initially
