Area around the back of my right knee tightened up in the last 10km of yesterday's cycle. It was still quite tight this morning, something to keep an eye on and address. Not noticeable later in the day on the run.

Positive run, foot has improved. No pain coming on during the run, just a few moments of discomfort when stepping on rocks in the middle of the sole. I will continue with the foot rehab I have been doing.
Barefoot. Last minute or two got some feeling in the foot and then after at home it definitely felt very tight just below the base of the big toe. Calves feeling worked after this, especially left.
