Wicklow Way Relay Leg 5

Decent run and was always going to act as a benchmark rather than setting a quick time. I felt somewhat deflated after the stairs by the upper lake, perhaps should have been very conservative there.
Good downhill until about 2km from home when I felt what I thought was oncoming cramp in my calf. Still was moving decently. Turned out to be a slightly pulled muscle.
