I jogged off on Guergiou's really cool course, but I couldn't hold any pace or even keep jogging. I was wondering what was wrong, as by the 11th leg I couldnt really run. Walked most of the rest, tried to run the control pick, it was cool.
At the end was completely shattered and cold. Just wanted to sleep, so I did for a lot of the rest of the weekend. Didn't run again.
Loved the talk though.

Run with the rowing club. I just stuck near the front for over half, alright pace but chilling. Then went after Foster's Avenue. This guy followed me, he was strong. He kicked with about 800m to go and I couldn't follow, finished about 5 seconds back. Really enjoyed it, the tactics.
