Note

Spent the day helping at the Blanchardstown Event. Put out controls from the car and then waited around, I was interested in some feedback.

I did have a few complaints about one or two of the controls, 101 being the main culprit. I expected this. I wanted this. The best was going to avoid stupid mistakes. To nail number 1 you had to understand the description. Many didn't.

Cool to have a new sprint map too, for training. Hope somebody else comes along and makes a few more soon.

I've developed a bad sore throat since after the cycle. I already had something coming on so maybe it wasn't the best idea. I will start the swimming on Friday though, and hopefully get a new bike on the weekend. Then I can start into the proper hours, which I am really looking forward too.

Been busy with college, nights out have clearly affected training. It's not ideal but I'll just have to make more of an effort, potentially more alternative training in the next weeks as I hate running when really tired.
