Brown in Mullaghmeen. First time being there. What a sweet sweet forest. Felt like I wasn't in Ireland.

Ran the first nine legs but had to walk/jog the rest, have some strange pain at the very bottom of my shin at the junction with the foot.
I was really enjoying it, running steady, orienteering well. Lost some time on two, too low. Also on six, but.. a little bingo. I only found it because Mike did first. Had been all around it, only saw it from five to ten metres.

Rest this now, which I would have been doing even without it.

Going to begin building up the endurance. Went out and planned to stick to 5min/km. Got a bit excited in places, pace increasing. Felt pretty good whole way, slowly fatiguing however. Quite sore at the end as it was all on roads.

More of these will do good.
