Three hour score o at Sardinia Forest. Haven't been there in many years. Had a good route, but missed a couple of controls when I lost focus. Good workout. Pretty tired for the last 30 minutes. The time off for Lyme disease was probably a factor.

After a complete disaster on Saturday only had a couple of small mistakes on Sunday. Lost a couple of minutes when my shoe lace broke and I had to improvise to keep the shoe on my foot for the rest of the race.
