Not sure I really need to be going to the gym for strength work for the past couple of weeks. Lots of shoveling and wheelbarrowing dirt seems to be doing the trick. Wrestling the the big chunks of Medina sandstone has also helped. Some of them must weigh over 200 pounds. Soon it will all be worth it as they are putting in our new patio and sidewalk starting on Thursday.
