XC club race - B grade - 3 laps
Quite a physical course in terms of the hills that they used. A bit technical too with the switchbacks to come back down the hills. Dry conditions made it dusty and exposed the rocks and roots more than i was confident with.

Commute home from work. Struggletown the entire way. Legs were achey and tired. Didn't help that there's no real excuse to walk until you hit Lambton. Walked all hills though.
Legs and back didn't like the 3km downhill to home though - back quite tender to the touch for the proceeding few days.
