37.500km with 1436m climb in 3:29:15. Black mountains Mtb. From where the black mountains fell race crosses back across the valley for the final climb. Up to Crug Mawr not fell race route sticking to forest roads for an easier rideable gradient. Past the trig and down fell race route to Road then right and up the road and then bridleways all the way up the valley till you cross over. Drop down and over the top by Mynydd Troed. Big push up from the north and down past the bothy. Forest roads on east of the valley to finish. Good riding but more wind than I expected up high.

5.171km with 679m climb in 0:54:38. Two reps on the top half of the Blorenge. felt hard work but with limited running I feel this is the best outing. Down the downhill tracks once done as slightly easier that way.

Interestingly I had the Stryd footpads sensor on today and it had me as stopped for the top half of the climb which is fairly useless no speed or cadence or power. Speed and cadence will of been low but I was giving it as much power as I could.

Need new battery for hr sensor as that failed as well.
