Awesome course along the serpentine and then up through Hyde Park. There are a few hills and the course is twisty and uneven in places so I am very happy with the time. Definitely helps having other team mates to not let down ;). Ran a faster time than two of the other runners in the A team which was cool. Unfortunately we came third, behind Oxford and Cambridge.

Weather was again cold and wet, which is pretty unpleasant, but the baked potatoes afterwards definitely made things better :).

Not sure how this time trial thing will go tomorrow, but I'll give it a go.

Just making sure that the legs are working properly. Hyde Park Relays tomorrow and I'm in the Imperial A team again and then probably my Time Trial on Sunday (wish I could just use my Hyde Park Relays time [it is 5000m after all]).

Loads of racing ahead! Really looking forward to BUCS O next weekend.

A bit of a rest week ahead I think although I'm going to try and get some long slow runs in. Have to run Hyde Park Relays as well as do my squad TT so don't want to overdo it.
