Warm up
4x 2 mins on, 1 minute off, 1 minute on. Walk back to start (from end of 1 min)
Warm down back to ethos.

Keen for the One Big Thing tomorrow (fun timed race at Imperial). Will see who is running but it may be quite fast... Not sure my legs will quite be up for it...
