rugby practice. hitting running drills. dont know if i can play much longer cause of schedule changes to practice. will just base my schedule around it next semester.

Went for a run around campus after practice because i felt like i need to be doing more than that. legs are kind of tired from starting to put in some work again. still building the base
started playing rugby again. feels good to be back on the pitch. did a lot of speed and agility and running games that got me pretty tired. going for a longer run hopefully on sunday.

23 min run around campus at about same pace as yesterday just longer. Felt so good to just move my legs after standing in a chem lab for 2 and a half hours. did some core and strength afterwards in the dorm. liking college life as well
